Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they:
- Are returned within 30 days of delivery
- Are in original, unused condition
- Include all original packaging and tags
- Have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, etc.)
- Personal care items and cosmetics (opened)
- Customized or personalized products
- Digital products and gift cards
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return
Initiate Return
Go to My Account → Orders → Select Order → Request Return
Pack Your Item
Pack the item securely in its original packaging
Ship It Back
Use the prepaid shipping label or drop off at designated location
Get Refunded
Refund processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Refund Information
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (unless item was defective)
- Return shipping costs may be deducted for non-defective returns
- Bank processing times may vary
