MootiBazar is a marketplace platform that connects wholesalers and retailers (sellers) with customers (buyers). We provide the technology and services to facilitate transactions but are not the seller of the products listed on our platform.
By accessing and using MootiBazar, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. User Accounts
When creating an account, you agree to:

- Be responsible for all activities under your account
3. Products and Pricing
Products on MootiBazar are listed and sold by independent sellers (wholesalers and retailers). Each seller is responsible for:

- Product quality and authenticity
- Fulfillment and shipping of orders
- Handling returns and customer service for their products
MootiBazar does not guarantee the accuracy of seller listings. Prices and availability are determined by sellers and may change without notice.
4. Orders and Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method
- The information provided is accurate
- You agree to pay the total amount including shipping and taxes
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on MootiBazar, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
As a platform provider, MootiBazar:
- Is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of products listed by sellers
- Does not guarantee that sellers will complete transactions
- Is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers
- Shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the platform fees paid for the specific transaction.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
